These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Affiliate Growth Pro (the "Tool") and the website affiliategrowthpro.shop (the "Website"), operated by Affiliate Growth Pro ("we", "us", "our").

1. Description of the Tool

Affiliate Growth Pro is a private, internal tool that uses the Google Ads API to create, manage, monitor and report on Google Ads campaigns. It is used only by our own team, and only with Google Ads accounts that we own and manage through our Google Ads manager account (MCC).

2. Who may use the Tool

Only authorized members of our team may use the Tool. The Tool is not offered, sold, licensed or made available to the public or to third parties. Access is granted through Google OAuth 2.0 with an authorized Google account.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Tool, authorized users must:

• Use it only to manage Google Ads accounts we own or are authorized to manage.
• Follow the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google Ads API Required Minimum Functionality rules, and the Google Ads policies.
• Review every new campaign before it is enabled.
• Keep credentials, OAuth tokens and developer tokens confidential.
• Respect Google Ads API rate limits and not use the API in an abusive or excessive way.

4. Prohibited use

• Accessing accounts without authorization.
• Selling, sharing or transferring Google Ads data to third parties.
• Creating ads or landing pages that break Google Ads policies.
• Trying to bypass security measures, rate limits or Google review systems.

5. Google services

The Tool depends on Google services, including the Google Ads API. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Affiliate Growth Pro is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google. Use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms and policies.

6. Data and privacy

How we access, use and protect data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Availability

We may change, suspend or stop the Tool or the Website at any time. The Tool depends on third-party services, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

The Tool and the Website are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the use of, or inability to use, the Tool or the Website, including advertising results or costs.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this Website and the Tool's software belong to Affiliate Growth Pro, unless stated otherwise. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
